Due to the different technical capabilities of each individual channel, the user interface will be different per channel: Web Chat, Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct are most similar. LINE is slightly different, whereas WhatsApp, WeChat and Telegram are totally different. Needless to say that Phone or WhatsApp Call Agents will limit results to 2 or 3 only.
