Set up Web Chat

Web Chat lets visitors talk to your AI concierge directly on your website as a full-screen page or embedded pop-up. Before we can activate it, we need a few details to configure and brand your chat correctly.

Bot identity

The first message visitors see when they open the chat.

The language the bot responds in by default.

Square format (min. 200×200px). PNG or JPG. Used as the bot avatar in the chat window.

Brand colours

These colours are applied to the chat bubble, header, and message backgrounds. Use your brand's primary colours — hex codes only (e.g. #E10600). Click the colour swatch to use the picker. Don't worry to make a mistake, we can help you to adjust them later.
